This week you have been reading The Cask of Amontillado by Edgar Allan Poe, which deals mainly with revenge. As you could tell by reading, the story uses suspense and tone to create eerie, dismal tone of revenge. Most of us how experienced some type of revenge in our lives – whether it deals with getting revenge, someone getting revenge, or some revenge being done to you.
Your Task Today:
Today, you are going to tell us a story of revenge. You may discuss a time when you got revenge on someone, someone got revenge on you, a “revenge” that happened to your friend, or simply, make one up. At the end, be sure to discuss a “lesson learned” or how you felt about the entire experience.
While writing your story, keep a few things in mind:
- The elements of plot
- Strong Vocabulary Words
- Effective Sentences
- Pretend you are talking to your friends!

Proficient – story is 2+ paragraphs long, story uses strong vocabulary words and effective sentences, story deals mainly with revenge (in some way or another), and story has elements of plot
Non-Proficient – story is less than 2 paragraphs, there are no strong vocabulary words or effective sentences, story does not deal with revenge, no elements of plot

I was watching my 4 year old brother one sunday afternoon.He asked me if he could go outside and play with his watergun. I told him no because it was to cold outside. My little brother got mad at me and went into my dads room. I went in the kitchen, when I came out he ran out of my room with the water gun and ran into my dads room agian and slammed the door.when I looked in my room I seen that he had sprayed my whole room with water.I put him in time out.
I remember when my friend cris hair got died tanish brown and he got mad because his brother died his hair while he was sleeping. he woke up in the morining looked in the mirror and was like WTF.he seen hios brother laughing because the middle of his hair was tanish brown and the rest of his hair was dark black. HE came to school covering his head trying to avoid people from seeing his funny hair sytle that his brother had create. HE told us how he was going to get revenge on his brother because of what he done later on in the week he came to school happy as ever beause he died his brother hair pink and purple :) he showed us a video on jis iphone of hios brother freaking out and he did not get in trouble because his mother said there hairstyles look lovely on them rofl.him and his brother was at it like to loins fighting for a dead zebra. he told us how funny it was how he planned his reveneful plot to humilate his older brother.
One time i was playing baseball for my school. We won the game. Once i came home we had buger king. I got a whoppper so did my brother. When i done i want to bed. There was a piece of buger on my polliow. After that i was like kk it is on bro. Then the next day. I got my baseball bag. There was dirty in it. I took it and drop it on top of his polliow. He had dirty a over his face after he got done taking a shower.
i used to sleep in my brother room... Avery time he used to said something smart and i used to say nothing i whant him to be cold in the room so one day i was with my nise and he got smart so i say to him avery thing that a can tell yall but yea i was like you now what i im going to go to my other room and you going to be here in this room cold becouse the only reason i was here it was because i din'd whant you to be cold but now im living to the other room and you going to stay here in the cold.... So me and my nise left to the other room i move averything to the other room... I whant REVENGE so i had it.... Now he come's to room say'n Ketsy Can i use your HEATER.... SO I tell My mamii He should not get smart because you see now he asking me for My HEATER... And the only reason why i live because he was real disrespectful.... :) So i was happy and He was Cold.....
One day i was on facebook and my boyfreind call me saying that he want to see me. I was so into the facebook that i didnt want to logout of it. I told him i was doing something important and he couldnt come over. He ask me whats so important that i cant come over your house to see you. I told him i was on facebook and i didnt want to logof. He got really mad at me.
The day he didnt call me or ansa ma phone calls.
Everything was okay we didnt talk about the no more. So one day i call him ask him where he was at he told me he was home, and i told him to come over to my house. He didnt said nathing for a second, and than he said no im doing something important and i cant. So he did the samething i did to him. He told me he was doing something important that he was in msn talking to his friends and he didnt come to my house the day.
My story of revenge is about me and my bother were playing vidoe games and he was gloting rather a lot even though I was leting him winn. Bad move on my part becaase he still tourchers me to th day. He raelly killed me in the game it was like 34-8 so I got sooo tired of hering him over and over for about a week or two not sure exactly sssssssssooooooooooo….. what I did was gave him the biggest weagy in the world. One night in POLE KINGS there was a murder down town in the side walk next to kings casino the man who dead was called yoho.The why he dead was but a bullet shot close to his heart and in ten mins yoho was dead next to kings casion.The people saw how yoho died but they didn't know who killed him.So for many years people keep on saying that the way yoho got killed was by a hit and run but they don't know the truth of how yoho died.Polces offices tryed many times to find out who killed this man but they all failed not one was close to the murder.So when the polces gave up on the case go yoho.But a friend to the polces didn't give up and his name was ben a detective but the cules he gave the cops didn't add up to the murder.But the one cule the detective didn't get was the picture of the murder.The picture was taken by a lady that was walking on the other side walk and saw when yoho died so she took the picture but nobody know she had it.So with that being the end on this story who killed yoho what do you think.
